The history of China is obviously the subject of many books and innumerable general or specific studies.
It will therefore be given here only a few references of books and general Internet sites concerning China.
On the other hand, a certain number of books, studies or specific Internet sites will be offered which relate, directly or indirectly, to Chinese history and environment during the stays of the Lépissier family.
Most of the books listed in the "Small Bibliography" tab have helped to write the e-books on this website.
