The Lépissier family is fortunate to have been able to keep many private documents from Charles and Madeleine Lépissier to which are added the very many public documents concerning them. 

 

The archives concerning Charles Lépissier (846 documents to date) will be divided into six parts (Only available to members of the Association Émile-Jean Lépissier) and  many other documents should be posted on the site soon :

 

 

1- Confidential file (Only available to Émile-Jean Lépissier's French descendants)

 

 

2- Archive documents relating to Charles Lépissier youth and firsts posts in China (107 documents)

 

These documents from the "Collection Lépissier" will be presenetd to you in the form of 15 e-books, the first of which contains the family archives (33 documents) and the last two concern Henri, Charles's younger brother, who died on the field of Honor.

 

3 - Archive documents relating to Charles Lépissier in Harbin (Hā'ĕrbīn – 哈尔滨), Manchuria  (99 documents)

 

These documents from the "Collection Lépissier" will be presenetd to you in the form of 8 e-books.

 

 

4 - Archive documents relating to Charles Lépissier in Yúnnánfu (Kūnmíng – 昆明市) in Yunnan (176 documents)

 

These documents from the "Collection Lépissier" will be presenetd to you in the form of 5 e-books.

 

 

5 - Archive documents relating to Charles Lépissier in Tientsin (Tiānjīn – 天津) (191 documents)

 

These documents from the "Collection Lépissier" will be presenetd to you in the form of 17 e-books, of which 16 concern ChinaCharles and Madeleine Lépissier (190 documents) and one is a presentation of the career of Lieutenant General Joseph Andlauer, a very good friend of Charles et Madeleine Lépissier, written by one of his grandsons, stationed in China at different times.

 

 

6 - Correspondence between parents in Tientsin and children, Henri and Geneviève, in Versailles (273 documents)

 

This correspondence (273 documents – 1.153 pages) between the parents and the two elders (from 1933 for Henri and 1937 for Geneviève) will be presented to you in the form of e-books
